Obituary of Rodney Edward Turner

Rodney “Eddie” Edward Turner, 49, of Brownsburg, IN passed away on November 23, 2022. Eddie was born in Peru, IN to Kenneth “Kenny” Turner and Jackie Utter. Eddie was a fork lift operator for The Habegger Corporation for over 20 years. Eddie loved his family and friends with his whole heart. He loved fishing, (especially teaching Nolan how to fish), playing golf, watching IU Basketball, Cubs Baseball, and New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers football and playing his guitar. As a Child he loved to go to dog races with his family. Eddie was Nolan’s #1 soccer fan Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Jackie (Givens) Utter, grandparents Jack and Rexenne Givens, grandfather Howard Goshert, and grandfather William Pugh. Eddie was survived by his wife of 23 years Jacquline “Jackie” R. Turner; sons Nolan Turner and Gideon (Angela) Gipson; father and step-mother Kenneth “Kenny” and Vickie Turner; step-father Mark Utter; father Rodney Goshert; sister Chrissy (Greg) Packard; several half-brothers, father and mother-in-law Richard and Sandra Gammon; brother-in-law Richard (Carrie) Gammon; grandmother Gail Pugh; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins; beloved pets Charlie his dog and Happy his bird; close childhood friends Jamie Beauchamp and Jack Groshon.
