Vern, Andy and Logan - I am so sorry that we won't be able to make it Tues. Will is having a tough time with a spinal problem and we are spending lots of time with doctors, tests, etc. Wears us old folks out. This is just dreadful for all of you, and it is sad for those of us who had reconnected with her over the past few years. We had shared so many Sherwood Forest memories. Bless you who are going to miss her so much.

I was so sorry and am so sorry to hear about the loss of an old friend, Laura. Back then we were just kids living in close neighborhoods and just starting to see what life has to give our paths crossed. She reminded me that I was part of the plan to leave a dog on her doorstep, which had become a family member to her and her family back in the Sherwood Forest Days. Days seem to travel quickly then just vanish. Vern, I expres my sorrow for you, your family and your grand daughter that seemed to be the topic of later discussions on Facebook. I am sure she will be missed by all. She certainly loved her family! She also as stated was a good friend. May The Peace of the Almighty and Peace in the world be spread to you during this time and times to come. Ray

My deepest sympathies to Laura's family. I was fortunate to have seen Laura briefly in June when I was visiting family in Indianapolis. So sorry for your loss.
