Charles M. Bennett, 62, of Mooresville passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022. He was born in Indianapolis to Homer W. and Frances M. Bennett on July 2, 1959. Charles worked for D.O.C. for 13 years, he was also a truck driver for many years. He served with the United States Army in Korea, as well as the National Guard. Charles enjoyed football and baseball. He loved living the country life. Charles was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sherri L. Bennett; daughters, Brandy (Jeremy) Clark and Amber Bennett; sister, Debbie (Tom) Springer; aunt and uncle, Rita and Jerry Davis; and his cousin, Jackie (David) Carmichael.
