Kathryn A. Messer, 74, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021. She was born in Brazil, Indiana to the late Charles E. and Virginia L. (Gibbens) Keen on July 20, 1947. Kathryn worked for AT&T for 40 years before retiring. She was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church for 20 years. Kathryn was also a member of the VFW, Mouse and the American Legion. She took great pleasure in assembling puzzles and watching game show networks. She also enjoyed bird watching. Kathryn is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her fiancé and partner of 13 years, Larry Gazvoda; daughter, Kelly (Matt) Freeman; grandkids, Noah, Josiah, Obadiah, Elijah and Jael Freeman; and her brother, Ed Keen.
