Lonnie Jones, 68, of Crawfordsville, IN passed away on March 7, 2021. Lonnie was born in Crown Point, IN in June of 1952. Lonnie was one of the best men one could ever have as a friend. He was also a dedicated son, father, brother and grandfather and had many friends throughout his life. He enjoyed time with all who shared his life. Lonnie had many passions and was very creative and good with his hands, one of which was he could design and build anything he put his mind to. Lonnie also enjoyed antique cars, vacationing, living in Hawaii and spending time in Tennessee and enjoying all it’s beauty. There is no doubt Lonnie will be missed by many, he was truly the best and very much loved by all. He is survived by his sons Chad (Candy) Jones and David Benedict; daughter Kina Jones; brother Clark (Cheryl) Jones; granddaughter Maya Smith; grandson Michael Smith; lifelong friend Jeri Smith; and friend Margaret Miholick.
