Obituary
Obituary of Linda E. Perkinson
Linda Winslow Perkinson, 71, of Speedway passed away on May 30, 2020 after a long battle with Pulmonary Hypertension. Linda was born in Salem, IN to Harold and Laverne Winslow on January 26, 1949.
She was a proud Graduate of Ben Davis High School. She worked as a Tax Analyst for The Indiana Department of Revenue, retiring after 27 years of service in 2010.
She had an unwavering love for her family and friends. Her love for life and socializing will be missed. She never met a stranger or a dog she couldn’t get along with. Any reason to get together with family or friends was what she lived for. She loved big, and laughed bigger!
Linda was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons, Michael J. Perkinson of Danville and Timothy (Amanda) Perkinson of Zionsville; grandsons, Michael S. Perkinson of Indianapolis, Mason A. Perkinson of Lafayette, Blake and Zac of Zionsville; and her brothers, Denny (Lynn) Winslow of Fortville, Rob (Susan) Winslow of Richland, WA, Jerry (Lana) Winslow of Brownsburg and Don (Joyce) Winslow of Utica, NY.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date sue to the COVID – 19 restrictions. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to your Local Animal Shelter or Humane Society in honor of Linda Perkinson.
