I am so sorry for your loss. Al was an amazing man that has an amazing family that loves him dearly. Al touched so many people's hearts over his 91 years. Al's legacy will live on forever and ever.
I had the honor of knowing Al, and most of the family, through the agency. He was a great and kind man. He made an impression on my life and I will always cherish the 12 years that I got to know him. My deepest condolences to the entire family.
My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May our loving God continue to bless and strengthen you as you remember that his Word the Bible at John 5:28, 29 that there is going to be a resurrection. With this promise it is possible for you to see your loved one again because we know that God can not lie. Usually at some point after family members are gone after the funeral, we find ourselves all alone to dear with our grief. Please be assured that you are not alone. The best friend a bereaved person can have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged at 1 Peter 5:7 to pour out our heart to him in prayer because "he cares for you." Moreover, he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by 'the peace of God that surpasses all understanding." (Philippians 4:6, 7) May all the many wonderful memories that Alfred your loved one provided, comfort you during this most difficult time.
