Debra Elaine Ledbetter (59) of Poland, IN was born August 30, 1960. She died January 15, 2020 in Indianapolis, IN. Debbie is a 1978 graduate of Decatur Central High School. By trade, Debbie was a commercial painter, but her true loves were fishing, being on the water , and spending time with grandbabies. She is survived in death by her companion of 25 years, Dave Mullins of Poland, IN, her two children, Jeremy Weedland Dickey (Nicole)of Milton, KY and Jessica Elaine Ledbetter of Indianapolis, IN, her six grandchildren, Haley Nadine Ledbetter, Jadyn Moon Dalgleish, Hunter Andrew Ledbetter, Elizabeth Elaine Ledbetter, Edward Garrett Ledbetter, Zoey Iris Charles, her brother Everett Douglas Owen (Paula) of Indianapolis, IN, her niece Lauren Michelle Owen, and her nephews Everett Jared Owen (Mary Ann) and Keith Anthony Owen. She was preceded in death by her parents Everett Gerald Owen and Elizabeth Joan Owen (Goss).
