I first met Betty years ago in water aerobics class. Probably about 24 years ago. I remember feeling awkward because I’d only done the class with my own mother who had recently passed. Betty started chatting away with me and put me at ease. I think we became friends that first day. Betty was a wonderful friend…she was always in my corner wanting only the best for me. I’m not sure why she loved me so much, but I do know why I loved her and how blessed I was to have her in my life. We had so many adventures together from going to the buffalo farm, to movies to Nashville Tennessee…too many memories to list. She’d always make me laugh. When you were with Betty she made you feel like you were the most special person in her life. I’m so glad she’s no longer in pain and with Bob who she dearly missed, but selfishly, I’ll miss her…a lot. Life will not be as bright as it once was without her. She was a force of nature. When Betty was around it was impossible not to have a good time. I will miss having someone who loved me unconditionally and was always excited to hear from me. I look forward to seeing her & Bob again someday. Debbie, Joe, Kim and Joseph my prayers are with you as you navigate through this world without her light. xxx
Mom, you will be sadly missed, but never forgotten and always happily remembered. Say hi to Dad for me!! I am so relieved that you are finally out of pain...LOVE YOU!! XOXO
My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Betty never met a stranger. I loved her. She was charming, witty, and hilarious! I loved her zest for life. I’m so glad I had the chance to get to know her thru my mom Sondra. Betty was there at the hospital when I had my daughter Adriana. She was there for my daughter’s first birthday too. I’m glad I have those memories. Betty will never be forgotten.

Betty was a dear and true friend to me. There wasn't a conversation we had, weather in person or on the phone that we didn't have a good laugh. Betty loved her music and we danced around her kitchen in Sugarbush more than once.
Betty loved her grandchildren dearly and always kept me in the loop with their lives and of course their pets.
Betty is now with her Bob and and at piece. Thank you Debbie for the loving care you gave your mother.
I will miss you very much Betty

Dear Grandma or my Nanny, I wish I could have just one more talk with you on my way home from work (in between you playing bingo or getting your hair done) but I know you are so happy to be with Grandpa now and in peace. No more pain. No more falls. Thank you for always wanting the best for me and I PROMISE you I will be happy AND healthy!! Love you always and you will be missed so much! Xoxo
We had lots of fun together Betty.especially when our husbands were alive. We would read about something in the paper and then the four of us would go check it out. You were always so inquisitive everywhere we went that sometimes we got personal tours. You were always my best friend. And even though as we aged we didn't see each other that much I always knew you were there.

I will really really miss sending you cards and being your pen pal!
How fortunate am I to have moved into Sugar Bush 7 years ago and
had the opportunity to get to know YOU! All the great laughs we had
and good advice you gave me. Your memorable words of wisdom always
pop into my mind when situations arise. Thank you dear dear Betty
for your friendship and love. You are certainly one of a kind! Heaven
will never be the same once you arrive. They are so lucky up there to get YOU!
Even though we had many different opinions on everything, you were still consider my second MOM!!! R.I.P. I.S. (Joe)
Betty was always so friendly when I would see her. Her smile was almost contagious. I enjoyed seeing her fun pictures on Facebook that Kimberly would post and I was glad to see that she lived to see her 93rd birthday. Deb, my heart is with you and your entire family at this difficult time. Hugs.
Betty you're truly a special lady and will be missed. Debbie sorry for loss. My favorite resident ever. I'm so glad your pain free . Shadrick Powell.
Rest In Peace, Aunt Betty. No more pain and you and Uncle Bob are together once again.
I know how much she wished we cousins could have been closer, but be assured she brought Debbie and me together these past years, for which I am thankful. Aunt Betty’s phone calls were a highlight of my day because she would make me laugh with her delightful stories. I saw how Aunt Betty lived life to the fullest! My mother would tell me how much I reminded her of Aunt Betty. What a great compliment!! Aunt Betty, I will miss you for the remainder of my days.
My Dearest Friend! I loved your words of encouragement and the time we spent together! I could always talk with you about anything and you would tell me the truth even if I didn't like it! I have an empty space in my heart! I know now you are the happiest you have ever been because you are finally at home in Heaven! Love Jennifer
