Obituary of Sherman LeRoy Wesner
Sherman “LeRoy” Wesner, 68 of Brownsburg, IN passed away of natural causes on December 14th, 2019.
A celebration of LeRoy’s life will be held at Eaton Hall (61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, IN) on January 5th, 2020 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
LeRoy was born in Indianapolis to Lee V. Wesner and Wilma I Wesner on September 19th, 1951. A graduate of Ben Davis High School, he worked as a painter at Jenn Air and then went on to train forklift drivers for Pearson Education, now LSC Communications. He enjoyed hockey and professional wrestling as well as baseball where he was an umpire and later a coach for AJAA. LeRoy was a poet and an aspiring comedian but he most succeeded as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
LeRoy is survived by his wife of 19 years, Judith Ann Wesner, their 3 sons and their spouses, 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and first wife.
