My sincerest condolences to the Binhack Family. I was Jims Ups driver back in the 80’s. I made daily deliveries to his office on Lafayette Rd. I must say, Jim was one of the nicest, most considerate guys I’ve ever met. He of course always had a story and I loved that cigar smell. May he Rest In Peace.
