Obituary of Teresa L. Evans

Teresa Clayton Evans passed away on the morning of August 14, 2019 at the age of 55 after an 8-year battle with cancer. Born to Tracy and Carolyn (Crook) Clayton in Owosso Michigan on April 24, 1964. Teresa grew up in Indiana, graduated from Brownsburg High School in 1982, and later received a degree in Biology from IUPUI in Indianapolis. She previously worked at inVentiv Clinical Solutions, LLC as a manager overseeing clinical research data management. Teresa was someone who always put the needs of others before her own, regardless of the extreme difficulties she faced with her own health. The only thing that could match her unconditional love for people was her love for animals, especially her dogs and cats. She is survived by her parents Tracy & Carolyn, son Logan Evans, daughter Nicole (Jeff) Todd, sister Tana (Randy) Green, brothers Tracy (Carol) Clayton, Tim Clayton, 3 granddaughters, Chloe, Leilah, Maddison, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends. A public memorial service will be held at Chapel Rock Christian Church, 2020 N. Girl School Road, Indianapolis, on Tuesday August 20, 2019. A viewing will be from 1:00 to 3:00PM, with a memorial service immediately following. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Best Friends Animal Society.
