I lived across the street from the Boswells on Pershing. I never saw much of Rick since he was much older. When I went to your home, I was always welcome and that is when I would see him. He would always acknowledge me being there. I'm so sorry that Rick has past away.
Condolences to the Boswell family. You don't know me, I am Richard's 2nd cousin. His Grandmother and mine were sisters. During the war years my Mother, Mary Riggle, was struggling, so my brother Tommy and I were farmed off to aunts and uncles in Roachdale. Tommy went to Aunt Freda and I to Aunt Elsie. We moved to Roachdale in 1945. For years I spent a lot of time with Aunt Elsie and Uncle Harrison. Of course Betty took me under her wing as she was a teenager at that time. When Eddie was born there was a long discussion as to what to name him. Edward David or David Edward. Edward won out since that was Betty's brothers name. Eddie and I share the same birth date, January 25th, that was the reason for the middle name of David. When the Boswell family moved to Indianapolis, we lost contact with them. I join the Air Force in 1960 and was gone for 20 years. Most of the Aunts and Uncles had passed when I finally returned to Indiana in 1980. Again condolences to the whole family.
You’ve always been there; my big brother. My protector and my rock . I don’t know what I will do without you. You will be so very missed and you are so very loved . May God keep you until we are together again ... sis ❤️
I worked with Rick & always thought of him as a gentle giant with soft eyes .

May you rest in paradise, Rick
I had the great pleasure of working with Rick at Cook Spencer. I always enjoyed our conversations. We have all been very saddened by this loss and pray for healing for his family. He spoke of you all often and it was evident how much he loved you all!
