I miss you so much and my heart has been hearting everyday since you’ve been gone. I miss your hearty and goofy laugh that filled the room along with your contagious spirit. Thank you for the countless sleepovers and staying up all night with me when I should’ve been sleep. I always felt safe and comfortable in your arms. We had the best times watching those old westerns and tv shows. My favorite times was when you were trying to learn all those dances you tried to teach me. Thank you for teaching me to me kind hearted and understanding. You were one of the most beautiful women on this earth besides my mom(your oldest). I’m am honored and appreciative that I got to be your granddaughter. I will never forget you and will always love you, forever and ever
Love your” Keanno”
I remember my beautiful mom taught us about Jesus and her love for Lord always showed trough especially when she disciplined us. And even now at the hardest time of my life I know the Lord is sovereign and in control, I may not understand why she’s gone but I know she’s whole now and happy to be with Jesus! Thank Lord for such a beautiful, caring patient mother. I love you mom!!!
Thank you all for your continued prayers and support!!
I remember my mom once caught me with a lighted cigarette from an ash tray. While I was trying very quickly to take it out. My mom had other plans, she told me to keep it in my mouth and smoke it. I was literally speechless from that and even more when this gentle woman I have known for years wasn't so gentle in that moment and for good reason. I choked on the smoke, coughed, and thought she was going to tell me to stop but she didn't. To shorten the story, I never picked up another cigarette again.
My fondest memory is when mom and I danced to a James Brown song when she introduced me to a dance called the wha toosie? I might be spelling that wrong but you slide your legs and feet one at a time a certain way. We held hands as she showed me. A little thing perhaps, but a big one for me. Thank you mom for loving, caring and always being there for us, I love you so very much, I miss you so very much.
Thank you to family and friends for your prayers and thoughts, your love, kindness and support. I love you all
Kim
