Obituary of Kathleen Marie Tucker

Kathleen Marie (Klotzbier) Tucker, 65, of Avon, IN passed away on September 26, 2018. Kathleen was born on January 5, 1953 in Indianapolis, IN to Ralph and Beatrice Klotzbier, both preceding her in death.  After graduating school, Kathleen had previously worked for Indianapolis Power and Light Company where she was an executive assistant. Currently, Kathleen worked twenty years with H & R Block as a Certified Tax Preparer. She spent many years as a Hendricks County Horse Club Barn Manager. She loved horses and riding them.  She also loved camping, vacationing with family and friends, most notably she travelled all over the country riding her motorcycle with friends. Kathleen also spent many years volunteering and supporting the Avon Soccer Club, as a board member and soccer mom.  Kathleen was a fantastic wife and mother.

Kathleen is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 39 years, Dennis E. Tucker; daughter, Jennifer (James) Graham; son, Christopher (Christina) Tucker; brother, Richard (Debbie) Klotzbier; sister, Martha (Bob) Frieje; grandchildren, Kayla Graham, Alex Graham, Carrie Tucker, Cora Tucker and Colton Tucker; nephews, Bob Freije, Matthew Freije, Michael Tucker, Ben Tucker and Nick Klotzbier; nieces Andrea Roberts, Jessica Tucker and Beth Ryan.    

Visitation service is scheduled for Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Stevens Mortuary 5520 W. 10th Street Indianapolis, IN 46224. A Celebration of Life will be 10:00 AM, Monday, October 1, 2018 at Northview Christian Church 623 IN-39, Danville, IN 46122. Interment to follow in Rossburg Cemetery.
