Obituary of Glenda Sue Klok

Glenda Sue Klok of Indianapolis, Indiana went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Glenda was born on July 29, 1936 to Willis and Martha Chance in West Frankfort, Illinois. Glenda graduated from Frankfort Community High School in 1953 and attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois where she studied political science. She also worked as a legal secretary. Glenda married Arthur Klok Jr. on November 10, 1955 and spent most of her life as a homemaker. She was very devoted to her Christian faith. Glenda was a loving, caring, and giving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Arthur Klok Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana; son, David Klok of West Warwick, Rhode Island; daughter-in-law, Tammy Klok of West Warwick, Rhode Island; granddaughter; Megan Klok of West Warwick, Rhode Island, and several nieces and nephews—all of whom she loved very much. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and two brothers. Glenda’s life will be remembered and celebrated in a service at a later date.
