Obituary of Deborah Coppinger
Deborah Coppinger passed away March 28, 2018. She was born on May 31, 1950, to James and Lillian (Goggins) Williams, in Battle Creek, Michigan. Deborah married Doyle Coppinger and spent 49 years together in matrimony. Mrs. Coppinger worked as an Executive Assistant for DFAS-IN for 20 years. She loved interior decorating, sewing, baking, watching soaps and HGTV, and entertaining people with the amazing stories she told. Deborah is preceded in death by her parents, James Williams and Lillian Shumate; daughter, Shannon Barnhill and sister Renea Blackman. She is survived by her husband, Doyle Coppinger; daughter, Lauren (Dustin) Fogt, son, Kevin Coppinger; son-in-law, Brad Barnhill; brother, Charlie Shumate; grandchildren, Averee Barnhill, Keaton Barnhill, Jaxon Coppinger, Jett Coppinger, Ellis Fogt, and Emery Fogt; nephews, Chuckie Blackmon and Sean Waters; and her beloved canine children Emmie and Winston.
