Condolences
My condolences to the family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. May our loving God continue to bless and strengthen you as you remember that his word the Bible at John 5:28, 29 says that there is going to a resurrection. With this promise from God, it is possible for you to him again because we know that God can not lie. At some point in time after the funeral when family members and friends are gone, we may find ourselves all alone to deal with our grief. But please be assured that you are not alone. The best Friend a bereaved person can have is our Creator, Jehovah God. We are encouraged at 1 Peter 5:7 to pour out our heart to him in prayer because "he cares for you." Moreover, he promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding." (Philippians 4:6, 7) May all the many wonderful memories Frederick your loved one provided comfort you during this most difficult time.
To: Mr. Fred Thorne’s Family:
My deep & heartfelt sympathies are with you. I am regretful that I could not take off work today to stand with you to give tribute to him and support you. Please know that the passing of Mr. Thorne has affected me, greatly. He was a kind, decent & Christian man that had a significant impact on my life & the lives of my children (Rachael & Ian) over the past 18 years. He never ONCE judged, gave his opinion, or had any negative word to say about my life choices or circumstances. He always was just there to watch out, help, aid and assist me in any way he could. Most people will never know what it is like to have a TRUE NEIGHBOR like that. Rest in Paradise, Mr. Fred…You have earned your place with GOD! We will truly miss our “Mayor of Kessler Boulevard”!

My deepest condolences to the Thorne family. Mr. Thorne was a very dear and kind neighbor to me and my family as well as other members of the neighborhood. He was affectionately known among us as “the mayor of Kessler”. He will be missed.
Dotty, I am so very sorry for the loss of Fred. He was just a terrific guy. He has been a great friend to three generations of our family since Sara bought the house across the street.
We all loved him and we love you. We’re going to miss our ‘Mayor of Kessler Boulevard”. Please know that we are all here for you.
