Mike and Vicky,
We are heartbroken to learn of your loss. We can't imagine how difficult this all is for you. But please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. As you well know, somehow God gives us the strength to endure what seems like unbearable loss. Somehow we are sustained by our memories. Please embrace those fond memories. Cherish your recollections of your little boy, that young man, his spirit, his laughter, and his love. As well, our thoughts are with Arlene and Steve and Becky and Bob and the Hendricks and Pardee families.
We will light a candle for Michael at our church. Let it be a symbol of his light shining on in your lives.

My deepest sympathies go out to Mike’s parents, family, and friends. I grew up with Mike in Pike Township schools and have many memories with him...some of my favorites were from our 4th Grade class. I haven’t seen Mike in many years, but have always had a special place for him in my heart. Praying God has reunited Mike with his sister and that He will bring peace and comfort to all those who love Mike.
No words can comfort the sorrow of Vicky and Mike. Know that my thoughts are with you.
Mike and Vicky are much more than friends, and business associates. They are family to me. Their pain is in many ways my pain. I met them shortly before Michael was born and shared in their joys and their setbacks. Michael was one of the best hunters and fishermen that I ever met thanks to the guidance of his father. He had his father's toughness and his mother's gentleness. I have to believe that some day I will meet Michael again with fishing gear in hand and a never ending supply of fish to catch. Sorry for our loss goes without saying. Mike and Vicky I pray you find peace. I love you.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I just spoke to Mike before Christmas about a referral I sent to him. He was a very nice person just like both of his parents. Sending prayers for the entire family in this time of loss. Sincerely Rachel Owens and The Owens Family
Mike and Vicky-
I am so sorry to hear about this loss. It is so tragic and unexpected I'm sure it is hard to catch your breath right now. I'm praying that you find some peace eventually and remember the good memories you have of your son. Shari
Mike was the best man in me and Fred's wedding. He was such a kind, gentle man. He was always so nice to me. I am sorry for your loss. He was really a great person.
We are so sorry for your loss. We met Mike at Dawson’s Too in Brownsburg & developed a great friendship. Mike was a special guy with a big heart. We loved spending time with him after a big fishing trip ... he was always so excited and proud to share his pictures with us. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Mike and Vicki, I can't express the sorrow I feel nor can I imagine your grief. Had so much fun with Mike and loved joking and jabbing with him. He also did a great job of slapping the back or my head for you. We were on our way to Florida when hearing the news and were greatly saddened. I'm sorry we can't be there but our thoughts and sadness will be with you and Vicki.

I believe I met you over 10 years ago although it's been a year or two since I've seen you, my heart was broken when I heard about the violent way you left us. We had many laughs, many drinks, and more fun than most folks should have. You were kind and loving, and I remember being at your house one night when a big water bug came crawling across the floor, I went to kill it you said "don't kill him, that's my friend Charlie" so obviously you wouldn't even kill a bug! In all those years, I don't believe I ever heard you disrespect any one. The many times we spent with Aunt Barb at The Pub....although you have went to join her, the memories we all shared will forever be in my heart. May you be at peace with our father in Heaven now....See you when I get there my funny lil friend! My thoughts and prayers are with your family, it's so very sad and tragic for them.
I just heard the tragic news and want to say how deeply sorry I am. It was so unexpected, which makes it even harder on those of us who share your grief. I hope that the outpouring of sympathy you are receiving is some consolation at this very sad time. You always have been and will remain in my thoughts and prayers. Lori Higgins Ellis
Mike and Vicki, There are no words that express the sorrow I feel for you. There is nothing worse than losing a child and to lose two
is more than any parents should have to bear. Wish I coud be there for the service, but this weather is too much for my 91 years Please know I will be thinking about you.
All my love,
Aunt Doris
We are so very sorry for your loss. We got to know Mike @ Dawson's Too and soon realized how great a guy he was!
