Gathering of Family of Friends
Condolences
I just learned of Linda passing.I had the wonderful privilege of working for Linda. She not only became a friend but a mentor in my career. My condolences to her family
I am shocked and saddened to hear of Linda's passing. I just happened to open a flyer from Cardinal RItter High School and saw Linda listed in the "Rest in Peace" section. The Dauenhauer family was like a second family to me during my high school years (and after) and I spent a lot of time at their house and at the Hancock house. Linda (and Tom) were always so accommodating and many fun times were had. I will remember Linda as the funny, intelligent and ambitious woman she was. My sincerest condolences to Tom, Rebecca, Victoria, and all of the Hancock and Dauenhauer family members.
Death brings heartache no one can heal, but Love leaves memories no one can steal. I will always cherish my memories of Linda. May she rest in peace.
I am so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. I worked with Linda (and Lisa) at Dr. Barta's office. She was always so kind, and had the best sense of humor. I remember after I got engaged, she offered to sing at my wedding. Even after I told her that yes, I did want her to sing, she insisted on taking me outside so she could "audition." She was great, of course! And she did a great job at the wedding.
My deepest sympathies to Tom, her girls, Lisa, and everyone who knew and loved her. I pray you find comfort in her memories in the days ahead.
I am shocked and saddened. Linda (and Lisa) and I worked together back in the early 90s for Dr. Barta. Linda was so bright and had a great sense of humor. I know her passing leaves a tremendous hole in the lives of her family and friends.
The photo of the siblings in pyramid formation brought a smile to my face, as I remember being the photographer.
My deepest sympathy to Tom, Lisa, and all of Linda's family.
To The Hancock, Daunenhauer and Leach families,
Our deepest sympathies and condolences on the loss of Linda. May you all find comfort in her love of friends and family and forever cherish her memory.

I will miss Linda at our monthly meetings we had at Riley Hospital. I knew Linda from the first day she was hired. She has been a highly respected and valued member of the Department of Pediatrics and an extraordinary administrator. She will be missed by me personally as well as our whole team of administrators and in the Department. May you find comfort in how loved she was and how much she shared with others in her lifetime.
Tom we at Indy east are so sorry for the loss of you wife. you and your family will remain in our prayers.
I had the pleasure of knowing Linda through work at Riley. She had such a kind smile and a calming presence that I will always remember. She was consistently friendly and accommodating over the years, and I feel blessed to have known her. I can only hope that special memories of Linda will bring comfort to her family. She will be greatly missed!
Deepest Sympathies,

Mary & family,
Please accept my sincere condolences on your loss of Linda. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
I still am just in disbelief that you truly gone. I am blessed to have had you as a supervisor for 6+ years at Riley and even more so to have called you a friend. I enjoyed our times together, we shared stories, some tears, and a lot of laughs. Fly high Linda – Until we meet again.
Tom, Becca, and Tori – There are no words that can ease your pain. I pray that you have peace and comfort today and in the days to come. That your memories and laughter with Linda warms your hearts and brings you joy. She, as you are well aware was a wonderful lady, and will be missed by so many.
Cashton - Your time with your Grandma was short but know that she adored you beyond measure. You were the apple of her eye.
To the Hancock family,
We share in your sadness, and offer our deepest sympathies.

So sorry to hear of Linda's passing. I remember fun times playing softball with you both when your girls were very little. Well, YOU both played softball, and I TRIED to play softball. Where did the time go?? I cannot imagine the hole left in your lives, right now. Peace and comfort to you.
My dear sister,
Your death has left a tremendous void in my heart. You were always my voice of reason, and I will miss your sage advice and words of wisdom. You were fiercely protective of your loved ones, so now you can always look over us at all times. I will miss you calling me on the phone ("Ming-Ming, this is Panda..."). How did that even start? I loved our bantering back and forth and will miss our ping-pong games!
I now have a new guardian angel and her name is Linda.
Thank you for all the wonderful memories and your unconditional love. I miss you and love you!
Mary
Linda is very loved and respected by faculty, staff and students at Marian University. Her contributions to the university and students over the last decade made an incredible difference in the lives of so many people. Her memory will remain with us. Her loss has had an extraordinary impact on all of us. She cannot be replaced and will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with Linda, her family and friends during this time of grief.
I have known Linda since high school. We had many laughs together and when she was the butt of our jokes she took it like a real trooper. Such a tragic loss way to early in her life. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
