Obituary of Nancy Jo Katra

Nancy J. Katra, 59, of Indianapolis passed away on October 11, 2023. She was born in Indianapolis to Jerry A. Katra and Linda Beliles on May 22, 1964. She was a programmer for EDS and an IT for MCI.

She lived in Colorado for most of her life. She would come home for Christmas and help the holidays feel magical. She took great pride in being an aunt. She enjoyed teaching her nieces and nephews how to play crazy 8’s. She would watch Christmas movies with them. She was always laughing and joking around with them. She will be dearly missed.

Nancy was preceded in death by her sisters, Leslie and Michelle Katra. She is survived by her mother, Linda Beliles; step-father, Welton Beliles; step-sisters, Nancy Fauvergue and Annette Ziegler; step-brother, John Beliles; nieces, Ashley Brack, Amanda Katra, Samantha Boring and Maggie Fauvergue; and her nephews, John Greeley, Wesley Ziegler, Blake Ziegler and Jensen Beliles.
