Obituary

Rebecca Lynn "Becky" Wiltsee

Rebecca Lynn Wiltsee, affectionately known as Becky to her family and friends, passed away surrounded by the love of those she cherished most.

Becky was born on January 16, 1963, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Frank and Sue Casper. She grew up in a large and loving family alongside her five sisters and one brother, relationships she treasured throughout her life.

Becky married the love of her life, James Wiltsee, on August 1, 1982, and together they built a life centered on faith, family, and unconditional love.

She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Becky is survived by her husband, James Wiltsee; her son, Jimmy Wiltsee and his wife, Claire Wiltsee; her daughter, Samantha Bowman and her husband, David Bowman; and her beloved grandchildren, Emmett, Dean, and Emmalyn, who brought immeasurable joy to her life.

Becky had a special love for her dogs and treasured the companionship they provided throughout the years. Because of her deep love for dogs and her desire to help them, she was involved with Lucky Lab Rescue. She enjoyed spending time scrapbooking with friends, preserving precious memories and celebrating the people she loved. She also found peace and happiness at the beach, where she enjoyed the beauty of the ocean and the comfort of the shoreline.

Those who knew Becky will remember her for her kindness, her unwavering support of her family, and her loving heart. She was always there with encouragement, a listening ear, and a willingness to help others. Her warmth and compassion touched the lives of many, and her legacy of love will continue through the family and friends she leaves behind.

Becky will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Holy Name Catholic Church 89 N. 17th Avenue Beech Grove, IN 46107 with a visitation from 10:00 AM until time of Mass.

Becky and I worked together at MDwise for 7 years. There wasn't anything she couldn't do. She was always helpful to all who asked. All the while doing her work with Lucky Labs. I was fortunate to get 2 labs. When they were puppies we did the Mutt Strutt. I could mention so many great times we had together. We both have grandsons named Emmett. She was truly one of a kind person. Loved by everyone she ever met. Rest in peace you will be missed.

Becky was such a good person and volunteer for Lucky Lab Rescue. She would always help out in places that the dogs desperately needed. Knowing she is not on earth feels so wrong. But Heaven is rejoicing and puppy dog tails are wagging all over that place! Rest in Peace sweet lady and know that you have a fan club down here on earth.

Becky was a special person. We worked together while at MDwise and was one of my work buddies. We continued to stay in touch even after we went our separate ways in our careers. She loved her family and was so proud of being a grandma. She had a soft heart towards dogs, and made sure that many a lab found a forever home. She will be missed. Sending my prayers to her family. Know that she was loved and liked by so many.
