Obituary of Derrious Tarell Moore
Derrious Tarell Moore was born January 20, 1999, in South Bend, Indiana. Derrious Moore will be remembered as a talented, loving, resilient, and charismatic soul whose presence left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. He had a natural gift for connecting with others, bringing light, laughter, and warmth into any room. Through life’s challenges, Derrious showed remarkable strength and perseverance, never allowing adversity to define him. His love for his family and friends was goo evident in his actions, his words, and his unwavering loyalty. Though his time with us was far too short, the impact of his spirit, kindness, and character will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. A talented singer and music writer, Derrious had a way of turning the ordinary into something truly extraordinary.
In the words of Romans 8:38-39, "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything to else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." This verse encapsulates the essence of Derrious, who lived his life with a deep and abiding love for his family and friends. His actions and words bore testimony to his loyalty and unwavering commitment to those he held dear.
Derrious leaves behind his beloved family, including his parents, Derry Vaughn (Kelli), Kiuana Moore, and his step-parents, Kelli Vaughn (Derry), Dwight Sr., and David Sr. His legacy will continue to shine brightly through his sons, Derrious Jr. and Kyreem Templeton, and his siblings, Derry Moore, Dwight Williams, David Jr., D'andre Vaughn, Micah Vaughn, Mikel Prince, Saniia Franklin, Kueen Vaughn, and Zamaria Groves. He is also survived by his grandmother, Duana Wells, his grandfather, Donald Braizer, and his aunts, Antaya Wells, De'Ja Murphy, and Rhonda Braizer. His grandmother, Rhonda Braizer, predeceased him.
Derrious's life was a testament to the power of love, resilience, and the human spirit. His memory will be forever preserved in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
