Obituary of Von William Ross

Von William Ross, 70, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on February 18, 2025. He was born in Indianapolis on November 23, 1954, to George Rossand Mary Ford.

He served proudly and bravely in the US Army as a Trech Vehicle Mechanic from 1971 – 1977. His career began with Domtar Paper Company for which he had worked for 24 years. He also worked for the Speedway Senior High School for 10 years in the custodial department. 

Von is preceded in death by his parents; and his beloved wife of 28 years, Roxann Ross who passed away on November 23, 2023. 

Von is survived by children David (Heather) Ross, Von Ross II, Diane Paulsen, Emilee (Edward) Abel and Brandon (Tamara) Berger; grandchildren Aiden Abel, Alivea Abel, Charles Ross and Kaylee Ross-Maun; siblings Sharon Dias, Jennifer Baurle, George Ross, George Ross, Jospeh Ross, Max Ross, Timothy Ross, Wayne Ross, Tina Ross, Denise Ross and Dennis Ross. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 22, 2025 at Life’s Journey 522 Powell Street Lebanon, IN 46052 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
