Obituary
Obituary of Gary Louis Bryant
Gary L. Bryant, 27, of Indianapolis passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019. He was born in Indianapolis to Gary L. Jones, Sr. and Patty Rose Bryant on October 23, 1992. He was their 6 th child.
In 2004, Gary and our brothers entered Big Brothers, Big Sisters program and was assigned, Jim and Roberta Fowler. They were kind and a big part of his life for 16 years. The Fowler's taught him alot about farm life, how to drive, helped get his first jobs, money management, and varies other things. They worked hard to help keep him in varied activities and manifest his interests. They became a big part of our family and trusted friends.
Gary was baptized in 2006 at Faith Tabernacle under late Pastor Dorothy McGordon. He was closest to the late Elder Randolph and referred to him as, "the money man," affectionately.
Gary was a part of the 4-H Youth Organization for 3 years in which his specialty was small engines and computers. Gary was always a quick study and picked up on things very easily. He was always able to take on any issue faced while flashing his famous smile.
He graduated from Warren High School in 2011. On August 5, 2014, Gary and Nicole Crawley welcomed a baby boy, Anthony Bryant. Gary was always happy to spend time with Anthony (Geeno) and tried hard to keep a smile on his little face.
Gary was smart, funny, loving, and would give whatever was needed. He was always available if you needed someone to talk with, someone to laugh with, someone to eat with, or just someone to see things in a different view. He was big on family. Gary was the 6th child, but to many of us he was "big brother." He always watched out for those around him. He would call you if he hadn't hear from you and if you didn't answer, he'd find you. He loved his mother and son, Anthony more than life. He always made sure they were provided for, they were his focus in life.
Gary meant so much to so many people in different way, he was an irreplaceable person. He was a loyal person and looked out for the ones he cared about. His smile and laughter would light up a room. Gary had an amazing sense of humor and his jokes were always non-stop. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
He is survived by his parents; son, Anthony Bryant; sisters, Courtney (Marquese) Barber, India Bryant, Gina Jones, and Christian (Michael Callahan) Bryant; brothers, LaJuan Barlow, Joshua Bryant, Lathan Gray, and Brock Bryant; nieces, Makaylah Barber, and Alexandria Bryant; nephews Joseph Callahan, and Noah Barber; aunt; Sharon Jones; a host of other aunts and uncles, respectively; and girlfriend Brionna Tyson.
The family of Gary L. Bryant wish to acknowledge with deep appreciation and love Triumphant Faith Apostolic, Faith Tabernacle Church, New Direction Church, and all of our family and friends for every message of comfort, prayers, donations and any other expression of love and kindness. May God continue to bless all.
