William Lewis Small
To those that knew & loved Bill, he went to join God on Friday, February 18, 2022. We tend to look at his passing as a great loss. It's a tremendous gain in the eternal life of Heaven. The legacy he left has impacted us ALL in some way, shape or form. He's the "real deal " of love, honor, & respect. We will all be together again one day! What a Glorious day that will be! Until then, your memory will live on through all of us that you have touched. We love you forever.
William Lewis Small (Bill) was born January 6, 1939, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Mary (Gibson) and Harry Small.
Bill is survived by his 3 sons, Terry, Timothy and Justin; 6 grandchildren, Jeremy, Jessica, Chris, Natalie, Evan and Bailey; 6 great grandchildren, Julia, Reznor, Zavier, Ruby, Forrest , and Rosalie; 2 step grandchildren Brooke and Brianna; daughter-in-law Jennifer Huddleson; and sister Linda Inman.
He is proceeded in death by his wife Wanda Sue (Smith); daughter, Toni Lynn Small; stepson, Kevin Huddleson; brother, Harry Small; mother, Mary (Gibson) Inman; and father, Harry Small.
Bill worked at Anker Tool & Die, Recker Printing, and Rolls-Royce. He volunteered at the Pro-Shop inside Western Bowl after retiring for Rolls-Royce.
Bill was also a member of the Mars Hill Charity Riders and United Auto (UAW) Local 933.
Please join the family in a Celebration of Life from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at the American Legion, located at 601 S Holt Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46241.
