Casey M. Sullivan, 41, of Indianapolis passed away on May 31, 2016. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 20, 1974 to Michael D. Sullivan and Glenda L. Schnell. Casey lived in Jenks (Tulsa) Oklahoma for the last seven years; working for Empire Landscaping, also working as a groundskeeper for Jenks Youth Baseball and Football Leagues. He also worked part-time as an umpire. Working at the sporting fields was a dream job to Casey; he took pride in knowing that his fields were the best looking and always tournament ready. He recently moved back to Indianapolis and started working for Extreme Hardscapes. Casey was a sports lover. He knew statistics and trivia on baseball, football, basketball, just to name a few. If you had a question about college or professional sports, he was your guy. He had a faithful canine companion, named Shimmer. Casey spoiled Shimmer lovingly every day. Casey enjoyed being with his family and friends. He was looking forward to being a full-time grandpa. He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother and step-father Robert; his son, Michael Sullivan; grandson, Aiden Sullivan; sisters, Patrea (Dave) Mattheis, Danielle (Mike) Sanders; step sister, Rebecca Schnell; step-brothers, Brian Schnell, Paul (Jennifer) Chastain, Greg (Laura) Chastain, John (Jenny) Chastain; nieces, Jordan Moseby, Dawn Sanders; nephew, Dakota Sanders. Following services, there will be A Celebration of Life at the Speedway American Legion Post 500 on Georgetown Road.
