Obituary of Adam Lee Sparenblek

Adam Sparenblek, 35, of Pittsboro passed away October 24, 2015. He was born on September 13, 1980 in Danville, IN to Stephen Sparenblek and Robin (Mahurin) Battiato. Adam was an active member and former assistant football coach with his son at TWYFL. He was employed as a machine operator at Young and Sons Asphalt Paving Company. He actively attended Traders Point Christian Church. Adam’s free time was spent being outside and playing with his sons. He enjoyed playing football, baseball and wrestling with his sons. He was well known for his humor and happy go lucky spirit. He was not worried about tomorrow; he just wanted to make sure everyone around him was happy today. His favorite person was his late grandpa, Louis Sparenblek aka “Sparky”. He had a love and passion for sports, mostly for the Colts, Notre Dame and the Cubbies. His biggest love was for his three sons, Kaeden “Bub”, Liam “Boo” and Kyran “Bear” and his wife, Shireen. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Louis Sparenblek and maternal grandfather, Charles Mahurin. Adam is survived by his loving wife of 2 years, Shireen Sparenblek; children, Kaeden Lee Sparenblek, Kaevon Liam Sparenblek and Kyran Louis Sparenblek; parents, Stephen Sparenblek and Robin Battiato; brothers, Jade Sparenblek, Louis Sparenblek, Ross Sparenblek, Patrick Battiato and Dominic Battiato; sister, Danielle Battiato and grandparents, Dorothy Sparenblek, Lucy Mahurin and John Battiato. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28 from 4 pm – 8 pm in Bethel United Methodist Church, 5252 W. 52nd St., Indpls. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29 at 1 pm, also in the church.
