Barbara W. (Barry) Ray, 69, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away December 16, 2016. She was born March 11, 1947 in California, Missouri to Chester and Mary Barry. Barbara was a member and volunteer with the children’s ministries of Kingsway Christian Church in Avon, Indiana. Her special interests and hobbies include home décor and staging, repurposing furniture, scrapbooking, and traveling. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert C. Ray; mother, Mary L. Barry; sons, Michael and Greg Waggoner; step-son, John M. Ray; step-daughter, Melinda M. Havens; sister, Joyce Carter; brother, Danny Barry; 8 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held December 21, 2016 from 4-7 at Kingsway Christian Church, 7979 E 100 N, Avon, Indiana 46123.
